So excited to be a finalist, here is the official press release:
Ditte Westbury has been shortlisted for the prestigious Better Business Awards
Ditte Westbury has been named a finalist for the Best Community Engagement Program category at the Better Business Awards 2019, one of the industry’s premier events for state-based performance.
Founded in 2015, Viking Mortgages offers Home Loans and Finance to the Noosa community. It has particularly strong relationships with the local community and specialises in Residential Lending.
In partnership with NAB, The Adviser Better Business Awards recognises individual and group excellence across 17 categories. Winners from the individual categories are automatically shortlisted for the coveted Broker of the Year Award. In addition, Ditte will be in the running for the Editor’s Choice Award, which recognises an individual’s outstanding contribution to the broking industry.
“This past year has been a trying one for the finance industry, but the finalists in this year’s Better Business Awards programme demonstrate that support and excellence is in no short supply in the mortgage and finance industry,” said Annie Kane, the editor of the mortgage titles at Momentum Media.
“The calibre of finalists this year is a testament to the invaluable services that the mortgage and finance industry provides to consumers.
“Mortgage professionals continue to raise the bar, and the finalists for the Better Business Awards 2019 are all examples of the high level of professionalism of the third-party channel.”
Ms Kane added: “On behalf of The Adviser and Momentum Media, I’d like to congratulate all finalists and wish them the best of luck at the Better Business Awards in 2019.”
Ditte Westbury, Director and Mortgage Broker at Viking Mortgages, said that she was humbled by the nomination.
“Viking Mortgages’ recognition for its excellent contribution to the Noosa community reinforces the strength of the brand in connecting with the community and engaging with its customers,” she said.
The winners will be announced at the state award dinners on 21st February 2019.
